No up-front costs
There are no up-front costs with Pen & Publish. Your group takes advance orders and payment to eliminate risk and determine your initial order. You can order additional copies at any time, in any quantity. A larger initial order can mean a reduction in your per book costs, thus increasing your profit on each book sold.
Multiple avenues of revenue
In addition to direct sales, your group's book will be available for out-of-town friends and family through most chain, independent and online booksellers, including Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.
You can include local sponsors to increase community awareness of the project and provide another source of revenue. An advertising/sponsor section, special mentions, and acknowledgments highlighting local sponsors can easily be included in your book.
